LWF Uganda works to reduce people’s vulnerability, supporting them to realize their potential, to build on their assests, and to respond to their own problems and needs. LWF Uganda is currently operating in Pader Kitgum, Lamwo, Adjumani,Moyo Luuka, Kamwenge, and Kampla District
The LWF is looking for mature, qualified and experienced person for the following position
Job Title: Project Manager
Place of Assignment: Adjumani and Moyo sub program
Reports to: Team Leaders in sub programs, Grants Manager- Head Office
Job Profile: The Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management, quality assurance, and reporting of the LWF/CLWR Project, in line with the approved project documents and signed cooperation agreement. Under the Team Leaders’ supervision, the Project Manager will supervise a team of 3 Project officers, 4 field extension workers, and 10 incentive workers in Adjumani and Moyo Sub Programs and will coordinate with relevant Sector-Heads to implement the CLWR project

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Several years professional experience as project leader or manager, preferably in internationally funded projects
  • Excellent English report-writing and communication skills
  • Experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and budget management
  • Experience working with refugees or displaced peoples or similar experience
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
