STIR‘s core mission is to partner with governments to ignite and sustain teacher intrinsic motivation (TIM). We do this in order to improve classroom practicals and student learning, and in the process boost financial efficiency for education systems. 2. Head of Programmes
Job Location: Based in Kampala with frequent travel to -titan on implementation
Job Purpose: To provide strategic direction for programmes development and implementation, financial management, partner management and quality assurance.
Main requirements: Masters in Education/Management/ Public Administration or relevant qualification. Possession of graduate qualification in PPM or M&E is added advantage Experience in donor management, initiating new project Planning and budgeting.
