Noc Telecom is one of the largest resellers and distributors of telecommunication products in Uganda operating in all regions across Uganda.
Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Executives should be aggressive sales people who will tasked with growing Noc Telecom’s fast moving telecom products to the market.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Sell telecommunication products, such as Mobile and Fixed Internet sales, Simcards registration, KYC processing, Land Lines and other products related to this sector.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• The incumbent will sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares and submits reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational or training workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Actively contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicants for the Noc Telecom Sales and Marketing Executive job opportunities must hold Certificates /Diplomas in any field with experience to the above.
• Previous experience in selling telecom products is desired.
• Possess excellent knowledge and understanding of Telecommunication products, such as Mobile and Fixed Internet sales, Simcards registration, KYC processing, Land Lines and other products related to this sector.
• The applicant should preferably be conversant with the commission structure and targets knowledge
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• High degree of creativity
• Commercial awareness
• Good numerical skills
• IT skills
• Good presentation skills
• Competencies: Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
Renumeration: Commission-based with a Basic salary
