Job details:
A reputable organization is seeking to recruit a competent person to fill the position of a Human Resource Manager.
He/she will report directly to the managing director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • His/Her duties will include staff recruitment, departmental planning, Performance management and systems improvement; organizational and employee development, assessment, policy development and documentation.
  • In addition to the above, enhancement of employee relations, safety, welfare and health.
  • The officer will be obliged to create, update and maintain personal records of all company employees.
  • The HR Manager will also have the role of harmonizing the payroll in liaison with the Finance Manager.
  • He/she will be as well required to develop an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality improvement, employee retention, high performance and development.
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or organizational psychology from a reputable institution. A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Competencies
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the Executive management team that provides overall company leadership and strategic direction.
  • Excellent computer skills in a MS Office Suite and ability to use Human Resource information Systems (HRS).
  • Age limit 35-50 years.
