For the past 25 years it has been the leading provider of various social and behavior change communication programs to various stakeholders in Uganda. The organization has immense experience in the use of modern communication program approaches in addressing diverse health and development issues.
Straight Talk Foundation is looking to recruit for the following position:
Project Coordinator, Bursary –Moroto
Reporting to the Moroto Centre Coordinator, the Project Coordinator, Bursary will provide the overall leadership and management of the Bursary Program through developing and implementation of the bursary strategy based on the existing STF strategic objectives. The job holder also offers technical support in developing, managing, and maintaining bursary policies, procedures, and operations to ensure appropriate disbursement and fiscal accountability for the bursary program.
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Adult and Community Education or related field.
  •  At least four (4) years working experience in development programmes of managing bursary/ sponsorship operations is essential.
  •  The ability to respond adequately to inquiries or complaints from deferent groups of people.
  •  Possession of demonstrable financial, planning and budget management skills is a MUST.
  •  Ability to operate a motorcycle.
