Position: Human Resource Manager
Position/Task Grade: D3 Reports to the Managing Director
Area of specialization: To support the Business In attaining it: strategic objectives through the attraction, development and retention of talent. To facilitate a conducive working environment that will foster employee productivity that is supported and aligned to the legal framework

Minimum Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or industrial psychology or Administrative or related field.
  • Registration with a professional HR Body
  • Six veers‘ experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management i.e. Recruitment, Training and Development, Management, Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Legislation)
  • Of which Four years in Senior or managerial role in HRM of similar corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business in attaining its strategic objectives through the attraction, development and retention of talent.
  • Interpret Human Resources Policies and Standards to Ensure Effective, Fair and Equitable Management of Stall throughout the business.
  • Provide an integrated Human Resource Services and Manage HR Functions.
  •  Ensure alignment of business Human Resource Processes to HR Strategies and Procedures.
  • Set and oversee the implementation of long and short term objectives for the department
  • Management HR Department Resource (Staffing, Finance etc.).
