Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet/exceed all individual and team targets
  • Convert customer calls into sales
  •  Upsell products as per clients’ requirements
  •  Update all systems to ensure data being captured is up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintain an appropriate phone etiquette throughout any call
  •  Ensure customers receive the correct information by utilising excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Make outbound sales calls according to set targets for any specific campaign
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant should preferably have worked either within a sales role previously or within a contact center environment
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • To be IT literate and be able, with training, to confidently use internal IT systems.
  •  To be a multi-lingual persons (particularly preferred)
  •  To be persuasive with the ability to convert a reluctant target into a user of the client’s product
  •  Highly flexible with the swiftness to work long hours
