Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Description:
The chief operating officer (COO) will oversee the daily running of the company.
He will have oversight of the company's business development activities, as well as expansion drive for the company and reports to the CEO. And working as a key member of the firm’s leadership team, the COO will take a leadership role in building, implementing, and overseeing all of the firm’s systems, processes, workflows, and procedures. The COO will also pay a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the organization.

Functional Responsibilities
  • Supports the CEO and Executive Directors in preparing business plan
  •  Manages petty cash budget (including bill payment)
  • Manages all resources required tor business, including technology
  • Manages performance reviews and professional development plans for the team
  • Manages organizational structure and selection of new team members
  •  Major Player in all tactical and strategic team meetings
Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Five to 10 years of business management and Technical experience across the oil & gas industry
  • Additional experience in Human Resources, Financial Management and Marketing, will be added advantage
  • Ability to ready P & L statements, budgeting and cash flow management
  • Strong general IT infrastructure knowledge
Compensation X Base salary:
