BRAC boasts of promoting financial inclusion by extending financial services to the unserved and underserved, now with over 190,339 borrowing clients, over 150Bn loan book with 97% recovery rate, operationally and financially self sustaining. in order to serve our customers better with wider range of services and products, the Board and Management have future plans of becoming a regulated financial institution in Uganda - Tier 2 and thus the need to fill the-positions of IT Service Manager, Kiva Coordinator, Security Officer, Credit Officer, and Branch Accounts Officer to meet the needs of the transforming entity.

Job Title: IT Service Manager
Reports to: Head of information and Communication Technology.

The IT Service Manager will maintain and enhance the provision of superior service and encompass the responsibility for the efficient management of core and non-core applications in accordance with BRAC's strategic plan and regulatory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications and Experience and Gender A female holder of a BSc in Computer Science, IT, Business Computing or related field, ITIL V3 Foundation.
