LWF-Uganda also has a successful track record responding to refugees in Uganda. it currently supports Congolese and South-Sudanese refugees living in settlements in the districts of Kamwenge, Adjumani, Moyo and Lamwo respectively with access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene services, community services, protection, psychosocial support, livelihoods and environmental conservation.
The LWF Uganda is looking for a mature, qualified and experienced persons for the following position:
Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Place of Assignment: Lamwo sub Program
Contract: 12 Months with the possibility of Extension
Reports to: Team Leader

Required qualifications, skills and experience:
  • University degree preferably in Social Sciences, international Relations and/or development or other relevant discipline.
  • Degree or training in M&E, bio-statistical analysis, data management, or relevant fields;
  • Post Graduate diploma in M&E is a must
  • At least 3 years’ experience designing and implementing participatory project M&E systems
  •  Excellent analytical, team work and interpersonal skills, excellent documentation skills
  • At least five (3) years of prior experience with performance monitoring and evaluations for international development or humanitarian programs; drafting M&E systems; developing M&E tools and procedures with proven improvement at the level of organization; as well as data collection and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Word Processing Spreadsheets, Data entry and analysis packages and databases (Microsoft packages, SPSS etc.
