We are looking for a talented and competent candidate to fill the vacant position of Sales Assistant for Fertilizers
Duties and responsibilities
  •  Assists in Identification of business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  •  Assists in selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  •  Assists in maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  •  Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  •  Assists in preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  •  Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  •  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:
  •  A degree in marketing, business administration or any related field
  •  5 years’ experience in agricultural in puts preferably Experience in fertilizers
  •  Sales experience of agricultural inputs, fertilizers and products in the local markets across east Africa.
  •  Computer skills preferably word, excel
  •  Good understanding of core advertising principles
  •  Exposure to internet-based advertising platforms for quick information flow
