Management Project:
Job Title: Team Lead Education, Humanitarian Crisis Management Project (Contractual)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years work experience with refugees is preferable
Age: Minimum 35 years
Salary: Negotiable

Major Responsibilities
  • Develop implementation strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with BRAC's strategies.
  • Support Head Office in writing proposals and reports with operational input.
  • Prepare annual operating plan aligned with approved budgets and expenditure and implement accordingly.
  • Ensure annual operating plan is aligned with the approved budget and expenditure and implement accordingly.
  • Analysis of programme outcomes, performance and identification of progress/shortfalls and initiate necessary steps.
  • Lead decisions in hiring staff, monitor staff performance, undertake staff assessment and take actions/recommend measures.
  • Initiate innovative pedagogical interventions in the classroom for ensuring learning quality
  • Lead DRM responsibilities internally and with external stakeholders (donors and sectors) and represent BRAC in the sector.
  • Work closely with the Head of Education in Emergencies (EIE) and junior management of BRAC’s education programme.
Reports to: Jointly reportable to the head or technical lead (based in Cox's Bazar) and Head of Education in Emergencies (EIE), BRAC Education Programme (BEP), based in BRAC Head Office.

Educational qualification: Masters in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of second class in all exams/CGPA 2.5 and above in a scale of 4 or equivalent.

Additional Requirements: Candidates with a very good command in English will be given preference
