Nurture Africa is seeking a passionate, innovative, organised Monitoring and Evaluation Manager who can lead a team of 6 officers at head quarters and field level. Nurture Africa has several projects spanning 4 districts (Wakiso, Mubende, Lamwo and Arua) and will require you to regularly visit the Field

Please only apply if you have the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics, social sciences or statistics
  • Postgraduate diploma in M&E or related masters
  • 5 years’ experience M&E in the fields of health, education, child protection and humanitarian.
  • 5 years’ experience in the application to qualitative data collection, establishment of a results-based M&E system, capacity building project and M&E stafi, designing log frame and M&E frameworks
  • Experience of managing more than 5 officers or coordinators for more than 2 years
  • Experience in proposal writing, donor reporting focusing on outcomes and impact
  • Your net salary expectation is less than 3.6 million net a Month
