Partnership Coordinator
- ELNHR Project National, fixed term based In Kampala with frequent local & International travel]
The Partnership Coordinator leads ELNHA's engagements with civil society and partner organizations, to grow their role in the humanitarian space. influence the humanitarian agenda in their country, and further develop their institutional capacities sustainably. S/he provides capacity building and mentoring support to partners. strategic collaborations and opportunities for a stronger and sustainable locally
- led humanitarian system
Skills and experience
• Bachelors' Degree and/or Masters in International Relations. Social Sciences, Management or relevant discipline. training n Partnership Broker Association [PEA] practitioners, or other similar field is an added advantage
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Programmed and Partnership Relations Management
• Proven capacity to plan strategically, identity results. measure progress towards results. create and implement strategies for sustainability;
• Knowledge of the Humanitarian landscape in the country and the localization agenda & experience working in humanitarian settings
• Relevant work experience in supporting The set
• up and coordination of committees. platforms. networks and other inclusive collaborative approaches:
• Proven ability to have constructive, progressive and mutually respectful relations and networks with other staff, partners and varied organizations and institutions
• Strong skills and experience in Organizational Development, facilitation and presentation
• Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender /gender mainstreaming, women's rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work.
