Plan International Uganda is recruiting a competent person to fill the following vacant position: MER MANAGER: KAMPALA (1 Position) DURATION: OPEN. Reporting to the —Head of Programmes, the person will be responsible for leading, Monitoring, Evaluation & Research (MER) initiatives for Plan International Uganda’s programmes and manage the MER team in the country office and in the field. The position has an overall responsibility for planning and implementation of all MER activities; including development of systems, processes and an organizational culture that delivers evidence-based programmes..
